Leadership 3.0℠ – From Vision to Execution
Turning Strategy into Action for Managers Leading Change and Results
About the event
Organizations rarely fail because of a lack of strategy. They fail because strategy does not translate into consistent execution. The gap between vision and results is where most leadership challenges actually live.
This interactive workshop is designed for managers and leaders responsible for turning strategic objectives into measurable results. Over one focused evening, participants work through real execution challenges, identify barriers to alignment and accountability, and leave with practical actions they can apply immediately.
Attendance is limited to 12 participants per session. This is not a lecture. It is a working group.
Who This Is For
This workshop is built for people with execution responsibility: mid-level managers, department heads, operations managers, programme and project managers, transformation leaders, and emerging senior leaders. If you are accountable for results and navigating complex change, this session is relevant to you.
