Our home for three nights is Our Habitas AlUla, a sustainability-led resort tucked into the Ashar Valley. Sandstone cliffs rise on every side. Days are intentional. Evenings are for the fire pit, the stars, and the kind of conversations that don't happen anywhere else.

We're Sophia and Dagmara - the two of us behind Women in Power. Sophia comes from the strategy and tech world. Dagmara runs The Digital Bunch and co-founded Saudi Venture Hub. But honestly, the credentials matter less than this: we got tired of meeting brilliant women one at a time. So we're putting twelve of you in a room in AlUla. Can't wait to meet you there.
Why AlUla, why now
AlUla is what Saudi Arabia looks like in a quiet moment - ancient, transforming, never accidental. It's the right backdrop for what we're trying to do: build a community of women who think long, decide carefully, and pick the rooms they're in deliberately. We chose to begin in person, somewhere worth the journey, because what we're building can't start in a webinar.
