The premise is simple: happiness isn't a temperament you're born with or a mood that happens to you. There's real science behind what makes a life feel good, and most of us were never taught any of it. This evening is about closing that gap.

We'll dig into what psychology has actually learned about wellbeing, meaning, and the small daily choices that shape how we feel over time. Not slogans, not toxic positivity, not "just be grateful." The real, sometimes uncomfortable, frequently surprising research on what moves the needle and what doesn't.
